Malin Bäcklund took on the role of interim CEO at Mitigram on June 1st, 2023, bringing her extensive expertise and experience to the company. Specialised within transformational leadership with a background as a Computer Engineer, Malin has amassed over 25 years of industry experience, leading teams across diverse sectors including space, IT/Technology (products & services), fintech, and media. In parallel to joining Mitigram, Malin serves as the CEO of Moor Holding AB, which is also the largest shareholder of Mitigram. Her association with Mitigram began in 2019 when she joined the Moor Family Office, demonstrating her long-standing interest and involvement in the company.

Marjon founded Mitigram in 2014, where is she is now leading product strategy and implementation as Chief Product Officer. Marjon envisioned a more digitalised Trade Finance having 20 years of experience in a number of leading FinTech companies and a proven track record of streamlining corporate treasuries' business processes through software solutions. She holds a BS in Business Administration obtained at Haze University of Applied Sciences, Groningen.

Chief Technology Officer Tobias has been part of the Mitigram concept since day one. Today he oversees development and delivery, working on scaling both the product suite and the Mitigram tech team, where his twenty-plus years of experience in designing and developing systems are invaluable.

Chief Operations Officer since 2020, Peter plays a primary role in planning and delivering Mitigram's growth. Before joining us, Peter headed up the technical departments of many fast-growing start-ups within FinTech, Casual Gaming, Educational Tools, and PaaS. Peter holds both an MSc in Information Technology and an MBA.

Chief Solutions Architect Martin has been shaping Mitigram since 2015. Having served as both our Chief Information Officer and Chief Operations Officer, Martin is able to put his expertise in infrastructure architecture and security to excellent use. Before joining Mitigram, Martin held a variety of senior roles in technology and security at Sweden's leading banks.

Rune joined Mitigram in 2021 as our Chief Trust Officer and Data Protection Officer. A highly experienced cyber security business leader and enabler, Rune brings over twenty years experience in information security, national security, Privacy and business continuity to Mitigram. An established keynote speaker and educator, Rune gained his degree in Information Technology from the University of Trondheim.

Therese began her Mitigram journey in 2018. Joining first as CFO, Therese now expertly guides the entire finance. administration and HR team. With a particular focus on sustainable digital solutions and compliance, Therese brings her rich financial sector and international consultancy experience to this exciting phase in Mitigram's development.

Our Executive Director Renaud joined Mitigram in 2018 and is responsible for origination in selected European markets and the Middle East. His long and varied financial services career spans multiple disciplines, including commercial banking, structured finance, asset based finance, investment banking and risk. Renaud has a rich international experience most notably from his roles of CEO BNPP Fortis Bank (Italy), and CEO of GE Capital Finance (Italy).

Nicolas joined Mitigram as CMO in 2022, following his role as Head of Marketing at global start-ups in the Fintech and Edtech sectors. His extensive expertise and track record involve leading teams to establish impactful, efficient, and scalable brands with a strong emphasis on growth.
